Harding University to host 7-on-7 this weekend

The 2010 Arkansas High School Football 7-on-7 season officially kicked off last week at First Security Stadium on the campus of Harding University when Harding Academy hosted the Sonic Air Raid 7-on-7. For the second weekend in a row, there will be a 7-on-7 event held at the stadium, and the Harding University Bison will hold their annual 7-on-7 passing camp.
The event will kick off Friday evening, and will end on Saturday evening. According to the official Harding University sports website, HardingSports.com, the event is scheduled as follows:

Registration is from 12-12:45 pm on Friday. Coaches' meeting at 1:15 pm, with the first games on Friday beginning at 2:45 pm, and the last games on Saturday expected to be over by 1pm.
The teams who will be participating are as follows:
Fayetteville, De Witt, Quitman, Little Rock Christian, Trinity Christian (Addison, TX), West Memphis, Riverview, Lonoke, Rison, Ouachita Christian (Monroe, LA 2 teams), Searcy (2 teams), McCrory, Bald Knob, Batesville Southside, Pearl (MS), Central Arkansas Christian (2 teams), and Augusta.
Some of the top players to keep your eyes on include Brandon Allen, Demetrius Dean, Dylan Hale, and Devin Bowers from Fayetteville, Quitin Sparkman and Deontae Mitchell from West Memphis, Darius Scott from Lonoke, Jaylon Jones from Central Arkansas Christian, Raphael Caldwell, Marquis Walker, A.J. Smith, and Jerry Marshall from Rison, B.J. Slaughter, and Mike Brown from Searcy, and several others.
