The State of Arkansas is becoming a state in which collegiate coaches from around the country are starting to pull top talent out of for their football programs. In the past few years, names like Mitch Mustain, Damian Williams, Tyrell Johnson, Darren McFadden, and a host of others have come out of the State of Arkansas. The class of 2010 will be no exception to this pattern either, as it is expected to be one of the best recruiting classes to come out of the state in the past 10 years.
The Class of 2010 is loaded with talent from the smallest 2A schools to the largest 7A schools. They will come from all four corners of the state as well. So, without further ado, here is the ArkansasVarsity.com Top 10 Prospects for 2010

Leading the way is Michael Dyer a 5-foot-9, 200 pound runningback from Little Rock Christian. Dyer is explosive with a 4.3 forty. He already has D1 Scholarship offers and looks to be the top player in the State in 2010.
The Pine Bluff Zebra have a very good quarterback in Claude Johnson. Johnson is 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds. He is very solid at the quarterback position and looks to be the top QB in the State in 2010.
Next is the 6-foot-2, 227 pound Linebacker from Bearden, Eldon Thompson. Thompson adds hard nose playing with 4.7 speed. Thompson has been turning heads at camps and combines since he was a sophomore. His junior season should be no different. The D1 offers will be coming his way very soon!
Byran Jones is a 6-foot-3, 320 pound Defensive Tackle who has size, strength, and speed for the Junction City Dragons. He looks to impress over the next two years.
The second linebacker in the countdown is Mitchell Roberts who is 6-foot-2 and 231 pounds. The starter for the Shiloh Christian Saints will be a play maker in the next two years, and is one to keep your eyes on as the offers come his way.
Fayetteville PurpleDog Tight End Josh Hale comes in next. Hale is 6-foot-4 and 216 pounds with great hands and good speed who dominates at his position. It will not be long before the offers start coming his way!
Greg White from De Queen comes in next. White is a 6-foot-2, 210 pound runningback who has 4.5 speed and good agility. If you get a chance to see De Queen play this year, this young man will make it worth your time!
Little Rock Centrals 6-foot, 200 pound Blake James is yet another Line Backer who adds to the impressive class of 2010. An injury at the Bobby Petrino camp may set him back a bit, but he should overcome and make great strides in his recruiting.
Little Rock Christian's Dakota Mosley is a 6-foot-5, 234 pound Tight End with great hands and good speed. He will be one to watch over the next two years. ArkansasVarsity.com will be watching him for sure, as we are wanting to learn more about this talented young man.
The last young man on our list is Houston Pruitt. Pruitt already has a division 1 offer from the University of Tulsa. the 5-foot-10, 171 pound Safety from Har-Ber also posts a 4.5 forty, which is helping him get interest from several other Division 1 schools. Pruitt is a player who very well could move up the rankings as the season progresses.
The ten young men listed here are not the only players to keep you eyes on. The Class of 2010 will be loaded with talent, and others may rise up into the Top 10 ranking over the next two years.
