Arkansas prospects pick up star ratings
It is that time of the year again, and prospects across the country are beginning to receive their star ratings on Rivals.com. Earlier in the year, the four star and five star prospects were release, and two young men from Arkansas received four star ratings.
This morning, several Arkansas athletes landed a three star rating. The currently rated prospects are listed below:

Zac Brooks--Jonesboro--Four Stars--Brooks currently holds offers from Arkansas, Arkansas State, Auburn, Clemson, Notre Dame, Memphis, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Pittsburg, Purdue, Stanford, and Tulsa. He is rated in the Rivals 250 as an athlete.
Jalen Cobb--Warren-Four Stars-Cobb is committed to the University of Arkansas. He held offers from Arkansas and Arkansas State, and is rated in the Rivals 250 as a wide receiver.
Jemar Clark--McCrory-Three Stars-Clark currently holds offers from Arkansas State, Kansas, Louisiana Tech, Memphis, Oklahoma State, and several Division Two schools.
Kenneth Dixon-Strong-Three Stars-Dixon currently holds offers from Arkansas State, Louisiana Monroe, Louisiana Tech, and Missouri State.
Jeremy Sprinkle--White Hall-Three Stars-Sprinkle currently holds offers from Arkansas, Arkansas State, Louisiana Tech, Louisiana Monroe, Louisville, Memphis, Mississippi State, and Purdue.
A.J. Turner--East Poinsett County-Three Stars-Turner is currently committed to the University of Arkansas and also holds an offer from Arkansas State.
Marquis Walker--Rison-Three Stars-Walker currently holds offers from Arkansas State, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, and Memphis.
Jeremy Ward--Pottsville--Three Stars-Ward is currently committed to the University of Arkansas. He also holds offers from Arkansas State, LSU, and Ole Miss.
This is the first initial release of Three-Star prospects by Rivals.com. Other Arkansas athletes are in line to be evaluated for the second release in August.
