In a 51-37 loss to nationally ranked powerhouse Mater Dei last month, junior linebacker Vontaze Burfict gained national recruiting exposure.

At 6-foot-1, 230-pounds, Burfict played an almost perfect game - making tackles sideline to sideline, behind and beyond the line of scrimmage. But an almost perfect season for Centennial, isn't perfect.
